Thomas: Thanks for the pointer, download a full iso again, ouch, I live in NZ and have a data cap of 1 Gb/month, so have pretty much screwed my data cap for the month getting the Beta iso

Will try to see if I can use debian-installer or ubuntu-installer from my working HDD (IDE) to get the non-working (SATA) one installed
