Software center, synaptic and chrome with Indicator applet appmenu.

Hi Guys!
I have tried to make Ubuntu 14 run with a Global menu and a dock. Since the application launcher cant be killed in Unity I am running Gnome Flashback and Indicator applet appmenu. This works with the most programs, but with some programs like Software center, synaptic and chrome the menu isn't shown in the panel. So I wonder why? I guess the programs aren't programmed correctly and have to be reported as buggy. Any who knows stuff about this?
