update imapfilter

imapfilter has received some updates in the meantime and i wonder why ubuntu 12.04 should be shipped with such an outdated version. i'm really waiting for a bugfix in upstream imapfilter-2.5.2.

I suggest you report a bug. If the updates are significant then the newer version will be included.
