how can I start 3270 consoles with a set font size

I am currently using a script to start multiple 3270 console sessions with a cmd line statement. How can I force these consoles to open with a specific font size?
I open 60-120 sessions so it's very tedious to go through them one at a time after they open to resize the fonts so that more consoles fit in my display.

What application are you using for the terminal sessions?

I am using x3270. Using the man pages I was able to locate the -efont setting and I can now open my consoles with 8pt font.
