find win printer

My PC has Ubuntu 9.04, neighbor PC has Win XP Pro and printer HP LJ1010 - it shared, but I can't find through Ubuntu Printing above printer. What can I do for it?

Hi,

You might want to install hplip. ( HP Linux Imaging and Printing ). This program will find your printer.

Your printer is on the other pc running XP. You know the IP address of this pc. You can try to manually add this IP address to HPLIP to find your printer.
