hp scanner disconnect after every scan

i have a hp pro 3000 s3 scanner.

i install it on ubuntu 16.04 via hplip.it works fine.

my issue is scanner is disconnect every time after single scanning done.

i need to restart simple scan app or xscan app of ubuntu.

i check in ubuntu 14.04 but same issue happen. also check with 2 3 version of hplip.

If you boot to live CD of Ubuntu 18.04 is it the same there?
