HP OfficeJet 4610 Printed missing or uninstalled

In Ubuntu 15.04 64 bit I get message that print head is un installed. This after printing one page OK then trying to do another page.
I have tried removing inks and refitting. Unplugged power for 30 seconds without success.
printer is nearly new.

Check the hplip site to check your device is supported. You may need to manually install the latest hplip yourself.
