HPLIP and HP envy 4500e wireless error 5012

On Linux Mint Qiana Cinnamon 64bit, impossible to use this printer wireless.
Same issue on 2 differenet Linux computers. Although all works fine wireless in Win7.
During Installation with HPLIP 3.15.2 the setup finds the printer on 192.168.2.12 on full amplitude.
Only at that moment the printer works.
After a while, or after a system restart nothing goes.
Even a ping in the terminal says: host unreachable.
Altough: the wireless printer, together with other sources, at that moment is visible in the available connectiontable to connect the computer to internet.

Question: What must be done so that the system finds this IP-address?

Mint is not supported by the Ubuntu community. The support of Mint is entirely separate from Ubuntu's
