According to some users, this device works without additional driver installation:
http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1682763

What is the IP you used? Can you ping the device?

If you are stuck, please open a terminal, and run the following commands

uname -a
lsb_release -a
/sbin/ifconfig -a
/sbin/route

Hello, after reading your comment mycae, i went back to ubuntu help pages to Wi Fi printers. A link indicated there showed me what to input into the parameters (lpd address ...) after selecting in Ububtu database my printer.
IT WORKS now. Thanks however to u since it is nice to see that there is always people ready to help.
