HP Device Manager - Setup freezes

Have installed HPLIP-3.11.5 on Ubuntu 11.04

The HP Device Manager Setup does not proceed at Step 2 - no response

any suggestions?

This is Step 2 of the HP Device Manager Set up program.

It does not go onto Step 3 when clicking on the next button

have run sudo hp-setup etc

and now the printers are working
