Yes, the hplip 3.1.1 loaded with no issues. The hp 7350 did work until the hplip 3.1.1 was installed

You could remove 3.1.1 and install 3.10.6 from the maverick repo.

I am not real good with the command line. What is the command to remove the hplip 3.11.1

Not sure, I think if you just install hplip from the repos it will overwrite the files
