    - Manpages incorporated upstream.
    - Removed patches 01_makefile, 02_conf_wpa_to_hostapd, 03_usage_cleanup,
      accepted upstream.
    - Adapted patch 21_madwifi_includes
    - Added support for RADIUS over IPv6
    - Added support for EAP-PAX
  * Removed /etc/hostapd/hostapd.accept & hostapd.deny, now shipping all
    example configuration files to /usr/share/doc/hostapd/examples/
