Hibernate Resume Video Failure 11.04

I have just upgraded to 11.04 on my Samsung N130.
It appears to Hibernate successfully, but when I Resume, the display is corrupted, and the left side of the screen (approx. 80%) shows garbage patterns. The remaining 20% of the screen shows part of the desktop.
The entire display occasionally flickers whilst in this state.
Restarting the computer rectifies the problem.
This behaviour is consistent on every Hibernate/Resume cycle.
