flashing display

Sometimes after waking up from suspend mode, the display of my notebook is flashing like a stroboscope in non rhythmic way.
If I put my notebook to suspend state then waking up, this problem disappears.

All I can suggest is log a bug. Hibernate is quite hard to get working.
