beeping sounds between music

on IBM thinkpad with christal clear sound device I get one beeping sound almost every second between the music? what setting to change?

The sound system worked fine before

Your card is well support by Ubuntu. I want to know if this beep is played only with particular music file or you ask it always. Thanks
