I have two hard disk, one has ubuntu another one has windows but i can swicht betwen SO

To get better help please provide a most exhaustive explaination of your problem.

Did you get the grub boot menu?
Does Ubuntu boot properly?
Does Windows boot properly?
What was the order of OS installation.

Also please provide some information about you disks. Please boot to Ubuntu or LiveCD and open a terminal from Applications-> Accessories-> Terminal and type

sudo fdisk -lu

Please tell.... the output of this command.
