acer c314 tablet capability?

I have attempted to gain tablet capability using several poster's advice, but have been unsuccessful.

I was hoping someone could give me a straight up walk through of getting tablet capability in feisty fawn with acer travelmate c314.

Or if generally it is working automatically for people, what I can do to troubleshoot.
