No me funciona mi tarjeta pci de tdt

Binary package hint: hal

Hello! I am new to ubuntu, I have a tuner pci cards tdt and I want to make it work in ubuntu. This is the model wintv t-nova model 216. I have been looking at several websites and found no solution. Let's see if I can help.
