TVtime with no audio

I have Ubuntu 5.10 installed an it works fine on my PC based on MSI K8N mainboard equipped with an Athlon 64 3500+ CPU.
The Mainboard has a Sound Blaster Live 24 bit on board.
Generally the audio works fine but using TVtime (Terratec Cinergy 400 PCI
is intalled) I can watch TV but have no audio. Checking System Hardware Device manager I find that the audio card is recognized as a SB Audigy LS.
Is there something else I could check/configure.
Can anybody help?

If you use the line input, you can check by using : alsamixer if the Line(s) channel(s) are active and aren't at 0.
