Hello,

I noticed that your question has gone unanswered. Is it possible you could ask it in English?

Lets find out what type of built in webcam it is as I could not find the specs on their website. If you go to Applications>Accessories>Terminal and enter the command lsusb (LSUSB in lowercase). it will display the devices connected via USB. Post the results in here and then we can find out if there are drivers available.

Also for the modem, issue the command lspci (LSPCI in lowercase) and post the results here.

Best Regards,
Williamts99

Virtually every webcam is USB based, very few are not. Even if it is built in, it usually connects to an internal USB port. Though it is not showing up there at all, is there a switch or function key to enable/disable the camera on the laptop?

I don't see the modem listed either. Though you may want to read the following page.
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Modems

Are you running a dual boot system?

The 0c45:62c0 Microdia webcam is supported out of the box with Ubuntu 7.04 and above. So it should be working properly for you.

Have you tested the webcam in Ekiga after being enabled?

Also, was it a switch on the laptop or a function key to enable the camera(just so others know).

Best Regards,
Williamts99
