 the screen is behaving wired . it have more than one shaking line up and down it .

I have try changing the resolution around and that did not make a difrence , it keep doing it.

is it a driver problem ?

if yes how can i solve it?

if it is something else please help me

Take the screenshot, and post it up here - I don't quite understand your problem.
