I have a Pinnacle PC TV tunner with saa 7134 chipset and when i want to give the command modprobe saa7134 tiuner ' card '
it tells me the module cannot be found

Hi there,
Chances are that kernel module is not a part of the Ubuntu by default. You could file a bug w/ Ubuntu and request it and/or compile one yourself. Unfortunately I am not farmilar with that particular to help you any further. Perhaps someone else is though...

The modules exist in Ubuntu default kernels (e.g. 2.6.12-10-386). Please try

sudo modprobe saa7134

If the error still occurs, please paste the whole error message.
