Cannot boot to Windows XP with dual boot

Please open a Terminal from the menu Applications->Accessories->Terminal and type:

sudo gedit /boot/grub/menu.lst

give your user password when requested, you don't see nothing when you type it, then press enter.

Copy and paste the file contents here

Then type

sudo fdisk -l

Copy and paste the result here

Sorry I am new to this. I dont know what happened to my computer. I am able to navigate through the files that I have in windows. however i am not able to boot windows.

Please help!
