Unable to add twitter account in ubuntu 12.04

In freshly installe ubuntu 12.04, gwibber starts properly, but going to Edit -> Accounts and then clicking on "Add" for a twitter account, it doesn't asks for a username and password, and instead shows the things as seen in this pic: http://i49.tinypic.com/8wijyd.png

I am just not able to add account. It was working fine in my MintOS, donno whats wrong here.

Looks like Twitter are having problems or the service has changed. I suggest you report a bug.
