Message Counts inaccurate

Gwibber 3.0.0.1. Ubuntu 11.04. In the drop down from the Notifier, the message counts are wildly inaccurate. I have two accounts, Twitter and Facebook. When Twitter is the only account the counts are accurate. But when Facebook is added message counts go way up. Over 300 sometimes. Even between refreshes, (5 minutes), the count can go as high as 15 or twenty and there will be no actual new messages.

No, same problem. Twitter is down. Message count is 9 and no new messages actually in the stream.
