How do you stop automatic updates in gwibber?

How do I stop the automatic updates in gwibber; and where I can just manually refresh as and when? I can't browse my feed cause each time it updates, it goes back to the very top of the feed and I loose my place. Hope someone can help. Thanks

CTRL + P in Gwibber, here you can set the number of minutes between two updates, you can put 100 for example.
