Mapped gvfs directories safety quession

When I mapped a remote server directories and I want to delete my home directory, it will delete remote server dirs?
Maybe this is a big problem.

unmap first, then move it, then remap.

I believe it won't let you delete a folder that has a mount in it. But I can't say that "rm -rf ~" won't crawl the server folder, deleting anything it can, before it complains that /home/$USER is in use.

Can you help with this problem?
