gtk-chtheme not retaining changes after reboot
I've recently encountered my gtk theme resetting to the normal adwaita theme, rather than staying on Adwaita-Dark. It resets after every reboot. I am perplexed. I don't want to say it's a bug yet, but are there any ideas of things to check first before submitting a bug report? I'm running Ubuntu 20.04.1

Even dumber followup thought: I toyed with the idea of just adding a script/startup command as a workaround but apparently the tool cannot apply a theme via the tried and true method of <packagename> options. It is a gui tool after all. Perhaps I'm mistaken?

Have you tried installing gnome-tweaks and changing the theme there?
Can you help with this problem?
