  * Merge with Debian. Remaining changes:
    + clean up reftest .known_fail fails which we create in pre-build
    + Install missing manpages, icons and desktop files for some utilities,
      thanks ricotz.
    + Build with --fail-missing so that we always install everything.
    + Don't use the listmissing.pl script any more, given the above.
    + Enable Mir backend.
    + Drop 022_disable-viqr-im-for-vi-locale.patch
    + Drop 061_multiarch_module_fallback.patch - unneeded in Ubuntu since we
      cleared all old gtk modules out.
    + Install the settings.ini file to set our themes.
    + Enable parallel builds
