  * Add debian/patches/01_esdsink_priority.patch:
    - Raise the priority of esdsink from NONE (i. e. no autoselect) to
      PRIMARY-1, so that it is autoselected after alsadmixsink, but before
      alsasink.
    - See http://wiki.ubuntu.com/GstreamerAudioBackend for details.
  * Add debian/patches/02_default_audiosink.patch:
    - common/m4/gst-default.m4: Change default sink to 'autoaudiosink' in
      gconf schema.
    - configure: Applied above change to avoid autoconf run.
