Undupping, it's not clear they are the same issue since bug #978604 happens without format change

Could somebody having the issue report the bug upstream: https://bugzilla.gnome.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=rhythmbox

Including a rhythmbox --debug and maybe a GST_DEBUG=:5 rhythmbox log when getting the issue could be useful
