    - debian/gstreamer-plugins-bad.install
don't include autoconvert, camerabin, dtmf, jpegformat, liveadder,
rtpmux, and shm, we include them in -good.

gst-plugins-bad0.10 (0.10.22.3-2) experimental; urgency=low

  * debian/control.in,
    debian/gstreamer-plugins-bad.install,
    debian/libgstreamer-plugins-bad-dev.install,
    debian/libgstreamer-plugins-bad.install,
    debian/rules:
+ Split the libraries into their own package and add a -dev package.
The API of the library is not guaranteed to be stable and as such
the shlibs of the library package are very strict and will require
dependant libraries to get a rebuild after every new upstream version.
The libraries will be required by gstreamer-vaapi.
Thanks to Timo Aaltonen <email address hidden> for the patch.

gstreamer0.10-plugins-bad: GStreamer plugins from the "bad" set

GStreamer is a streaming media framework, based on graphs of filters
which operate on media data. Applications using this library can do
anything from real-time sound processing to playing videos, and just
about anything else media-related. Its plugin-based architecture means
that new data types or processing capabilities can be added simply by
 installing new plug-ins.
 .
GStreamer Bad Plug-ins is a set of plug-ins that aren't up to par compared
to the rest. They might be close to being good quality, but they're missing
something - be it a good code review, some documentation, a set of tests, a
real live maintainer, or some actual wide use.
