Webcam:Bus 003 Device 002: ID 0ac8:303b Z-Star Microelectronics Corp. ZC0303 Webcam

La webcam di cui all'oggetto ha sempre funzionato in tutte le distro di Ubuntu precedente la Maverick ma ora non funziona +
mi sapete spiegare il perche? (cheese sembra riconoscerla ma mostra sempre lo schermo nero)

Guvcview si comporta come Cheese (schermo nero)
la lucina della Webcam si accende
ls -ils /dev/video* = /dev/video0
ls /dev/audio* = directory non esistente
(perche ho il microfono esterno invece di quello usabile della webcam?)

Prove con vlc e vlc-nox: sottoindicai i risultati...

Ciao, ho fatto un po' di ricerche e ho scoperto che questo bug è conosciuto (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/675015), ma che non è stato ancora risolto in maverick (problema del kernel).

Io ti consiglio di aspettare l'uscita di ubuntu 11.04, probabilmente l'aggiornamento del kernel risolverà la situazione.
