GRUB recovery console

Hey, I really messed up on this one. I was working with my partitions, and I accidentally deleted my Linux Swap Space. I then re-booted, and it goes right to the GRUB recovery console. I really, really need help to get the GRUB back up, and I have no clue how to work it. What do I do? Ask me if you need any more information.
