boot manager missing

i had vista and ubuntu on my hdd and i installed fedora 8 and i lost my both my vista and ubuntu menu it shows bootmgr missing. i desteratly need data in on thbuntu plzzz can anyone help me out........

If fedora has overwritten the bootloader I suggest you either post for help on the fedora forum or you can use this guide:
