I suggest you delete the CC partition and install there but exactly how is installing Windows XP an Ubuntu issue?

How is this an Ubuntu issue? Your issue is with Windows.

If you have 3 primary partitions and CC is a logical partition then you cannot convert it to a primary partition. You can install Windows to a logical partition, you just need to delete the partition and you can then tell the installer to install to it

Again, not an ubuntu problem.

Can you help with this problem?
