Hi ,
get in to BIOS configuration page and search for "Usb legacy support" . It must be Enable . If not then enable it.
Thanks

I did not find anything relating to Usb legacy support. How do I get startup manager going in 12.04?

Could not find startup manager anywhere...Installed Grub Customizer, changed my resolution settings and whammo, video works fine.
