how do i restore windows after trying to load linux

i tried loading linux dreamstudio to a seperate drive and partition but messed up my bootloader, other linux partition and windows 7 can i recover it?

1.use windows7 recovery disk to recover windows bootloader.
2.once the windows7 bootloader is fixed , if you additionally want linux to show in boot menu (grub) ,
3. there is a similar boot recovery disk for linux . download that iso (about 300MB) and burn it to a cd then repair the linux bootloader.
finally after a restart , you will have a grub menu showing options on which os to boot . linux and windows7.
