Grub rescue; error: unknown filesystem

Hey guys!
I accidently deleted mz grub partition and Ubuntu partition in Windows...
Now, every time I reboot my laptop, it pops up with the error message...
Please help! I'm using my phone, currently...

You will need to boot to your Windows install media and install the Windows bootloader. I suggest you post on a Windows forum
