Asked by fred33435

Have Dell computer . Can run Ubuntu. But on booting up F2 F12 does not work.
The arrows keys do not work to move to windows 7 or anything else.
Did work before last 2 upgrades.

Question is not clear.
I presume you get a menu with Ubuntu and Windows, and are unable to use arrow keys.
In the BIOS, search Legacy USB Mouse/Keyboard and set it.

Yes I get the menu, but arrow keys do not work.
Cannot get to bios. I get F2 for set up & F12 for boot. No response.

If you can't go into BIOS, you are locked. Try another keys to reach BIOS settings.

The Logitech key board was the trouble.
