how do i Install Grub on Ubuntu 11.10?

i make a fresh install of Ubuntu 11.10, i have a w7 on the same hard drive. so only boot w7, i run a supergrub cd to enter my new ubuntu, from there, ¿how do i install grub?... i dont make a boot partition only swap and root
