/dev/disc/by-uuid/... dropping to a shell

I have updated 8.0.4 LTS to and something went wrong and update process was interuppted. Now in command line I don t know to do anything. Last row is ALERT!/dev/disc/by-uuid/a172dd2a-b9ce-45ec-8860-e1d3fd8ec0d8- does not exist. Dropping to a shell!
I have tryed typing sudo apt-get update but answer is no sudo .
