Botched Ubuntu/Win 7 Dual
I'm a fairly inexperienced computer user. I wanted to try Ubuntu, so I downloaded the iso, burnt the DVD with it. Then I installed it side by side with my Windows 7. However, now that I'm trying to boot back into my Windows 7, I can't! I don't get a Windows or Ubuntu option at startup. I tried all of the different buttons like "escape," "f11," "f9" that are supposed to do different things. No matter what I did, I always ended up with Ubuntu being booted! D: I don't know what to do.
I created a restore point before I tried this, however I did not make physical recovery CD's.
There are many important documents on there that I need on my Windows and I can't appear to access them here on Ubuntu.
Is there anything I can do? Would taking it to a professional solve the problem?
