numerous problems read inside?
On boot the machine reboots and goes to grub, it will not run kernel 3 so I must select previous and then select 2 whatever. How can this be set up automatically. The user dialogue absolutely refuses to accept my password giving me an argument about everything. How do I get control of my machine back? After I asked it to automatically login the shutdown button does not shutdown but resets to the log in page. I literally must reach around the back of the machine and pull the plug. :( The dialog is grayed out and cannot be changed back. Is there any manual or info on how to config the dash? I would like it to launch in regular window not maxxed out. Is trhere anything I can do about the size of the icons? Is there any way I can create a normal hierarchy with sub folders? The existing dash forces me to go fishing and is a pain to find what I want. Or barring that can I have the old menu back?
I wish you people would have given better warning of what this degrade was going to do to and how to deal with it.
