UBUNTU selection at dual boot screen

I installed UBUNTU 11.04 and rebooted it. I am unable to move the up/down arrows at the dual-boot screen, to UBUNTU.

Your help will be appreciated.

is the keyboard working? check if u can see the lights on keyboard(Scoll/Capslock/Numlock)

Search in BIOS the parameter "USB keyboard legacy", switch it and retry. Usually, it works.
