how do i edit grub to make windows first boot device

how do i edit grub to make windows first on the list of bootable devices? say, so i can turn the pc on and it load windows without me having to be there to change it. also when it comes to that screen, my tv dosnt support the resolution its at, how do i change the resolution for grub when it show up?

There is a package called startupmanager that allows to configure certain settings in the Grub boot process. The default system to be booted is one of them, see http://screenshots.debian.net/screenshots/s/startupmanager/1665_large.png
