Unable to boot with Ubuntu i get BusyBox

Problem Statement :- MY SCREEN IS SHOWING

mount: mounting/dev/disk.by-uuid/e7eea50e-30a5............... on/root
failed : invalid argument
mount: mounting /sys on /root/sys failed:no such file or directory
mount: mounting /dev on /root/dev failed:no such file or directory
mount: mounting /sys on /root/sys failed:no such file or directory
mount: mounting /proc on /root/proc failed:no such file or directory
Target filesystem doesn't have /sbin/init.
no init found. Try passing init bootarg.

i have also used super grub 2 but its not working
i don't have a live cd i have ubuntu 8.04, but what i have installed is ubuntu 10.10
pls give me a solution to solve this

Is this when you are installing the OS or on an installed OS?

it is on a installed os i've being using it well but suddenly one morning when i switched on my pc i got this . pls help me.

I suggest you boot to liveCD and fsck the partitions. I also recommend you grab the ultimate boot CD and test the drive using the manufacturers tool to make sure that it is physically healthy

can i remove my hard disk & connect with some other pc to get my contents alone & then ill format it

Why don't you have a backup of the data you need!?

You can mount the partition in another PC and copy stuff to your hearts content

You could try to reinstall Grub:
    https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Grub2#Reinstalling%20from%20LiveCD
But as said actionparsnip, you could have to fsck the disk. For this:
   boot on Ubuntu CD and choose "Try without install"
   System->Administration->Gparted, select partition and run "Check"
