Installed 10.04 to flash drive.. ran trial and am stuck in ubuntu..HELP PLEASE

I downloaded ubuntu 10.04 to a flash drive, like suggested, but when i opened it up to run a trial on a friends pc, it wont let me reboot to back to windows. I cannot figure this out to save my life. Please help.

Access the BIOS and tell it to boot the internal drive first

i did, even without the flash drive installed it still thinks it is. it boots me to ubuntu's trial page

Sounds like you may have broken someting. Boot to the Ubuntu and run:

sudo fdisk -l

What is output?

What did you do on your friend's PC ?
Option "Try without install" is not supposed to modify PC after shutdown, except you did specific actions.

Can you help with this problem?
