[Usage] unable to locate menu.lst under /boot/grub

I can not find the menu.lst file in /boot/grub directory, after installing ubuntu 10.10? i don't know why?
do i have to create it or in the new version they changed its location or name? does anyone know some helpful info?

Hi Ramy,

Maverick no longer uses grub, it used grub2 :)
