[Update-manager] I have Windows/Ubuntu dual boot. How do I correct/remove GRUB?

After I updated Ubuntu from 9.04 to 10.04 can't boot into Ubuntu. I believe that Grub is now wrong. I have a CD with version 10.04 that works "live".
